Who We Are
4Core Fitness was founded and is managed by Roni Riley, New Hampshire’s only certified Integrative Movement Specialist. Roni is dedicated to helping her clients achieve their physical goals and overcome their movement challenges. She uses the Integrative Movement System (IMS) principles of Alignment, Breathing, and Control to help her clients improve their strength, ease of movement, posture, and body awareness. IMS is an effective approach for people who want to explore new activities or continue enjoying the ones they love and embrace everything that life has to offer.
For every client, Roni conducts a series of unique assessments to help them establish realistic goals and create step-by-step corrective exercises to enable them to feel and move better. Her personalized approach to fitness has helped many clients achieve positive change in their lives.
Our Services
4Core Fitness offers Personal Training focused on helping clients improve their strength and movement. As part of personal training, 4Core Fitness offers a variety of complimentary services including Pilates, Nutrition Coaching, and Yoga. You can choose to participate in these services in person at our studio, in group sessions, or online.
Our home-based studio in Atkinson, New Hampshire, is easily accessible to clients in Southern New Hampshire and Northeastern Massachusetts. Our studio offers a quiet, comfortable, private environment to achieve your fitness and nutrition goals.
